摘 要：This paper introduces a new R package called /pkg{UniDOE} for constructing uniform design of experiments under various space-filling criteria. We develop a stochastic and adaptive threshold accepting algorithm with flexible initialization, adaptive threshold, and stochastic evolution. The algorithm is also extended to construct augmented uniform designs in a sequential manner. To speed up the computation, we provide a C implementation and build it into R package through the /pkg{RCpp} interface. We demonstrate that 1) under small scale settings, /pkg{UniDOE} may construct better uniform designs with lower criterion values in certain cases, 2) under large-scale settings, /pkg{UniDOE} may construct approximately uniform designs in real time, and 3) under sequential experimental settings, /pkg{UniDOE} may output multi-stage uniform designs. We provide a long list of new uniform designs to replace the existing catalogue by the Uniform Design Association of China.
